About Us
The Harrison carries forward the rich history of listed heritage townhouses that were home to wealthy Victorian businessmen and their families during the 19th century. As Belfast lost much of its industry and fortune, these grand buildings were converted into apartments (1900s) and offices (1960s), abolishing years of local history.
Melanie has lovingly restored these buildings. Our rooms are dedicated to those who have made unparalleled strides in Ireland, honouring the lost legacy of renowned playwrights, artists, inventors, and everything in between. We invite you to indulge in a unique experience amongst friends, with local experts who will spirit you away to the corners of Northern Ireland.
Melanie’s Approach
Hostess Melanie Harrison’s collection of antiques, curation of local artwork, and extraordinary curios have culminated in a museum of intriguing artefacts. Conversation pieces lurk around every corner: experience these gems while supporting a conservatory approach to accommodation.
