To give you maximum flexibility, you can cancel or modify your reservation without any charge up to 72 hours before check-in time (3 PM on your arrival day).

If you need to cancel or make changes within 72 hours of check-in, we’ll retain one night’s rate per room to help us manage our availability.

In case the cancellation is made within 48 hours of check-in, the full stay will be charged to help us accommodate other guests more effectively.

For Individual Bookings:

You can cancel your reservation without penalty up to 48 hours before check-in time (3 PM on your arrival day). If a cancellation is made within 48 hours, we’ll retain one night’s rate per room as a cancellation charge. We’re always happy to work with you to find the best solution for your travel needs.
