Staying with us? Find out more about our terms and conditions below. We endeavour to treat our guests kindly and fairly so please do get in touch immediately if your plans change to give us the best chance to make the desired changes. We help you if you can help us.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we’re here to make adjustments as smooth as possible.
For Group Bookings (3 or more rooms):
To give you maximum flexibility, you can cancel or modify your reservation without any charge up to 72 hours before check-in time (3 PM on your arrival day).
If you need to cancel or make changes within 72 hours of check-in, we’ll retain one night’s rate per room to help us manage our availability.
In case the cancellation is made within 48 hours of check-in, the full stay will be charged to help us accommodate other guests more effectively.
For Individual Bookings:
You can cancel your reservation without penalty up to 48 hours before check-in time (3 PM on your arrival day).
If a cancellation is made within 48 hours, we’ll retain one night’s rate per room as a cancellation charge.
We’re always happy to work with you to find the best solution for your travel needs.
If you anticipate a late arrival (after 8:00pm), please telephone The Harrison to advise the Reception team on +44 289 4600 123.
How We Protect Your Information
At The Harrison Chambers of Distinction Belfast, we are committed to safeguarding your personal information. We take appropriate measures to protect all data from loss, misuse, and unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction — taking into account the nature of the information and the potential risks involved in processing it.
Our website is regularly scanned for vulnerabilities and security risks to ensure your browsing experience is as safe as possible. We also conduct routine malware scanning and implement a range of security protocols whenever you make a booking, submit personal details, or access your account.
Your personal information is stored on secure networks and is only accessible by a limited number of authorised staff who are required to keep your data confidential. All transactions are processed through a secure payment gateway and are stored or handled on our own servers.
In the unlikely event of a security breach that results in unauthorised access to your personal data and materially affects you, The Harrison will notify you promptly and outline the steps we have taken in response.
Terms and Conditions
The cost of your room will be debited from your card at the time of booking, this is refundable subject to the above cancellation criteria.
All damages and breakages must be reported promptly and paid for.
Any items missing will be charged for.
All our rooms are strictly no-smoking, no exceptions will be made. Additional cleaning charges to detox a room will be applied of at least £200.00.
Please note, we do not accept Stag or Hen Parties. If your reservation is for a Stag or Hen party please contact Reception to make new arrangements.
